About

Expertise you can trust

Our mission

To safeguard our clients' capital through disciplined asset management, tailored advisory strategies and modern market access, so that individuals and companies can make confident decisions about growth.

Our vision

To become the most reliable foundation for private and corporate capital, setting a global standard for financial resilience, transparent governance and the preservation of wealth across generations.

Our purpose

To be a pillar of financial security for individuals and businesses: rigorous risk management combined with strategic foresight protects capital today and preserves it for future generations.

We have built a team of financial market professionals with an average of more than 15 years of experience in the markets of Moscow, Yerevan, New York and Paris.

We draw on Armenia's strategic advantages as an independent financial hub: direct access to global trading venues, settlement in three currencies, and regulation that international counterparties understand.

Markets we come from

Each member of the team comes from their own market, with its own regulators, its own instruments and its own school of managing capital. Together, these four schools cover the client's journey from idea to settlement.
